It's Sunday and we got Allison home around 2pm yesterday afternoon ! ! As she was resting during the evening she fell asleep for a little bit. After about 10 minutes she woke up, looked around and smiled and went back to sleep. No honey, you're not dreaming... you ARE home!
She had a really good night last night and slept the entire night. Mom says she's had a pretty good day today too. We had a few angels come by and help get the house back in order and went grocery shopping for us and just helped watch the girls for Amy. Thank you SO much. Allison is still having issues swallowing and according to the dr's probably will for the next couple weeks. She seems so much more like herself being at home though and is definitely more comfortable.
She's still a little displaced because the hospital bed wont fit through the doorway of her bedroom, so we've got her set up in the den. That way we can roll her from the den into the living room or kitchen if we want to. We are so happy to be home and so grateful for all your support and love and prayers.
